Shipping, Delivery & Chargeback Policy
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the shipping and delivery terms outlined below.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Delivered Orders
Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages reported as lost, missing, or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for an order that has been shipped, delivered, or is otherwise compliant with our stated policies may result in the submission of tracking records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and order documentation to the payment processor as evidence.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Shipping delays outside our control
• Customs delays, duties, or import-related issues
• Refusal to accept delivery
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
